Job Description:
 
  • Primarily responsible for Sourcing, disbursements and collections.
  • Generate business through Alternate channel(DSA/ Connectors)
  • Sourcing of target clients as per organization policy
  • Meet with applicants to obtain information for loan applications and to answer questions about the process.
  • Will be responsible for achieving monthly sales target assigned
  • Analyze applicants’ Income, financial status, credit, and property evaluations to determine feasibility of granting loans.
  • Explain to customers the different types of loans and credit options that are available,as well as the terms of those services.
  • Obtain and compile copies of loan applicants’ credit histories, financial statements,and other financial information.
  • Review and Edit credit and loan files.
  • Review loan agreements to ensure that they are complete and accurate according topolicy.
  • Compute payment schedules.
  • Submit applications to credit officer for verification and approval
  • Facilitate for disbursement of approved file
  • Handle customer complaints and take appropriate action to resolve them.
  • Analyze potential loan markets and develop referral networks in order to locate prospects for loans
  • Recommend appropriate financial product or service to the customer
  • Ensure quality customer service is delivered

Audit Manager

Department: Audit
Location: Bangalore – HO

 Job Description:

  • Manage Audit Operations – Oversee the back-office audit team, ensuring efficiency and adherence to timelines. 
  • Risk-Based Audits – Assist in planning and executing Risk-Based Internal  Audits (RBIA) to identify key risks. 
  • Compliance & Advisory – Guide departments on policies, processes, and internal controls to ensure regulatory compliance. 
  • Reporting & Insights – Prepare audit reports, risk impact assessments, and  actionable insights for senior management and the Audit Committee. 
  • Coordination & Alignment – Work with regional/zonal audit teams and  external auditors to ensure consistency in procedures, policies, and  compliance. 

Preferred Skill

  • Micro Finance and Rural banking knowledge.  Proficiency in MS Office 
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills 
  • Multilingual – Added advantage to individuals who are able to speak more than one language (Hindi, Kannada, Telugu,Tamil) 
  • Personal drive and positive work ethic to deliver results within tightdeadlines and in demanding situations

Unsecured Business Loans – Credit

 Job Description:

  • Evaluate proposals of customers for Business Loans.
  • Analyzing the banking and bureau parameter and decision on loan
  • Credit Underwriting Responsible for maintaining quality of the loan portfolio
  • Assess income to obligation ratios, in depth knowledge of rational behind calculation of ratios and its impact on loan performance during the loan tenure.
  • Enable quick turnaround time of credit lending proposals for the business in close liaison with the sales team.
  • Keeping delinquency under control.
  • Basic knowledge about Business Rule Engine 

 

Preferred Skill

  • Advance MS Excel 
  • Prefereably  English, Telugu & Hindi

 Job Description:

  • Analyze customer requirements and develop customized solutions. 
  • Identify key stakeholders within client organizations to cultivate profitable relationships.
  • Assist in generating new business opportunities.
  • Explore avenues for greater profits through digital lending products.
  • Needs to do Partner On-boarding , Support Partners in customer on-boarding , Co-Ordinate with HO for
  • issue resolution, Self Target for Customer On-boarding also to be met.
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Promote high-quality sales, supply, and customer service processes.
  • Stay informed about competitors’ offerings and market trends.
  • Should be willing to travel within city every day and outskirts too as per business requirement )  This is a complete field job- should not have any issues with it.
  • Targets and Incentive structures will be decided and provided by DLA team

 Job Description:

  • Manage end-to-end compliance for MFI/NBFC operations, ensuring regulatory adherence.
  • Provide expert guidance on RBI advisories, reporting, and monitoring.
  • Oversee regulatory developments to manage risks, including AML, CFT, KYC, and compliance risks.
  • Conduct risk assessments for products, ensuring alignment with RBI, SEBI, AMFI, IRDA, and other regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with compliance, risk, legal, audit, and regulatory teams for comprehensive compliance management.
  • Conduct Pre-Production Audits and provide sign-offs on control testing reports.
  • Develop and maintain compliance tools, policies, and risk management documentation.
  • Experience with business requirement drafting and system implementation.
