Through engaging video messages, top management share valuable insights, and updates, directly with the entire workforce. Every employee can actively engage with leadership by sending in their queries, comments, and suggestions. Starting with the new fiscal year 2024-25, we extend a warm welcome to our esteemed new board of directors at IIFL Samasta Finance! We are thrilled to announce the addition of Dr. Govinda Rajulu Chintala, former Chairman of NABARD, who joins us as the independent director and Chairman of the Board. Alongside Dr. Chintala, we welcome Mr. Kalengada Mandanna Nanaiah, former Managing Director of Equifax Credit Information Services, Mr. Nihar N Jambusaria, former President of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), and Mr. R. Venkataraman, co-promoter of IIFL Group, to our board. Mr. Venkataraman assumes the role of Additional (non-executive Director), while Dr. Chintala, Mr. Jambusaria, and Mr. Nanaiah serve as Additional (Independent Director). We look forward to their valuable contributions and leadership as we embark on this exciting journey together.
