Sharda is from Motinagar in Ratlam, Madhya Pradesh and her entire family including her husband, daughter and son are involved in the business of manufacturing Ghungroos. She has been involved in this work for quite sometime but was employed by others. After she availed a loan from Samasta, she invested in a machine and soon became an entrepreneur herself.
